Common Issue:
If the XBPlay app is able to connect to your console, plays audio, but shows a black screen, this is likely due to the console resolution being set to 720p or 4k.
Solution:
Open your Xbox settings, navigate to resolution and set the resolution to 1080p. Xbox doesn't support remote play at 4k, so having the console resolution set to 4k or 720p can cause issues.
