Common Issue:
If your console is unreachable, the XBPlay app will often error with the message "failed to connect".
Solution:
Hard restart your console by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. This almost always fixes the issue.
If you are not on the same network as your console, ensure you followed the port forwarding setup guide.
